everybody that may be for here from out
of town we welcome you today and we want
you to feel like this is home we believe
here a transformation church that God
has called us to represent God to the
lost-and-found
for transformation in Christ and that’s
that’s everybody all of our lives are
being changed because being a part of
what God is doing here and so this
morning I have a special word that I
want to share with you but pastor
Michael said it already
it is conference week y’all man it just
seemed like yesterday was time about
what for today though okay with two days
out now we have people coming from 30
different countries to come to
transformation Church first being one
conference we are so excited about what
God is doing here’s what I’m gonna ask
you to do I’m gonna ask you to pray we
have a lot of staff and volunteers that
are helping to make this conference
happen and I’m gonna ask you to pray for
just spiritual emotional physical
strength as we go into this week we’re
going to be giving out a lot a lot of
you are going to be giving out a lot to
different people that are coming here
and we need your prayers thank you in
advance to every single person that’s
coming and serving this week we
absolutely could not do this conference
without you so let’s give it up for our
volunteers that are going to be there
we people taking off work taking
vacation to come and serve somebody else
you are making a difference and you are
changing the game so we are so happy to
be able to do that and also I’m going to
ask you to pray for our lead pastors
they are out this weekend because
they’re preparing to give forgive
messages during the conference and so we
are just asking you to pray for pastor
Michael and Natalie as they’re out and
just kind of refreshing themselves and
getting ready for what God is going to
do this week now are you ready for the
word today we are going into week five
of crazy faith and I do not know about
you but I absolutely needed this sermon
series this sermon series has sparked my
faith like never before to see what God
has done just over these past four weeks
or something that has been shifting and
changing me in my life and I’m sure he’s
been doing the same thing for you we
started off talking about crazy faith in
what God has done at here at TCC and the
miracle that he’s did in giving us a new
building a new arena what an arena
Pastor Mike shared that and then he went
on to talk about how sometimes crazy
faith starts with what we call baby
faith and that baby faith may grow just
to like 51% of being sure you know we
maybe got a will maybe he won’t but
we’re gonna trust him like he is and we
call that maybe faith and then last week
we had a phenomenal message where pastor
Michael actually brought a boat on the
stage and when they told me that he was
gonna do that I was like what what kind
of boat I didn’t know y’all because he
is likely to do anything but he brought
a boat on the stage I talked about how
sometimes God asked us to come out of
our comfort zones come out of our boats
that we have built the boundaries that
we have built ourselves and to walk on
water and we call that wavy faith so
today I’m going into part five of crazy
faith and I’m just gonna ask you to
stick with me I’m gonna start by I want
to share just a little bit
about myself before I go into this okay
so in freshman year of high school I
decided to join the track team and by
the looks of it I should have been good
I mean I got the legs for it round me I
got good I should have been good but not
necessarily as you up but you may not
know is although it seemed as though it
was God was going to make me at athletic
person he did not and so before I had
joined the track team I had only been on
two other sports teams the first one was
basketball the second one was volleyball
okay
I was so terrible in volleyball that me
and my cousin who was also terrible made
a song called Benchwarmers about us the
song was about ourselves okay I was so
terrible in basketball that I literally
made one shot the entire season and what
my dad described me as when I shot the
shot he said that I threw the ball up in
the air and it happened to go into the
net so needless to say when he saw that
he had a daughter that kind of looked
like a stick bug tall and skinny he
thought he had gotten a Lisa Leslie
blessing but he did not he did not get
that so so so freshman year of high
school my uncle my dad convinced me to
join the track and field team and I did
not want to do it but I joined anyways
and I remember I remember being on some
of the relay races and winning some of
those not necessarily because of my
talent but because everybody else is
salad on the team but I remember the
sensation of winning a race it was I
mean our coach will run up to us
afterwards the whole entire crowd was
screaming and by the whole entire crowd
I mean the 20 or 30 people that came
they were all screaming my parents I
could hear him screaming my name I mean
the sensation of winning the race was
absolutely amazing the terrible part
about being on the track team though was
that it to enjoy and to win those races
to feel that sensation of winning the
races it took
every day practice there was no way that
my body was going to be conditioned to
win a race if I did not run like I was
racing every single day there were no
days off and that was terrible our coach
had us practice every single day because
what he knew is our bodies were able to
win a race but only if we trained it and
disciplined it enough what we actually
win that race when it mattered but see
here’s the thing about practice
no one even if you beat your time every
time no one runs up to you and tells you
how awesome you are my cars didn’t run
up to me at track practice and tell me
how great of a runner I was he waited
until the meet to do that my teammates
didn’t run up to me and say Bri was so
glad we got you on the team
that was only if I actually won a race
but I was never going to get to the
actual winning of a race if I didn’t
practice for myself so week five of
crazy faith my sermon title is called
daily faith because here’s the theme we
live in the age of sensation whatever
feels good do it if it feels good if it
makes you feel good about yourself do it
and if it doesn’t have a feeling
attached to it it may not be authentic
but here’s the truth daily faith means
that I even though I want to see God do
miracles signs and wonders in my life
what I know is that maybe month eight
had to get all the way over there to be
able to see those miracles signs and
wonders daily basis every single day I’m
going to take a step towards my faith
growing in that kind of way so every day
I’m gonna read my word every day I’m
gonna have accountability every day I’m
gonna talk to God in prayer every day
I’m gonna send some time to worship I’m
not gonna wait till I get here to
worship I’m gonna actually crank it up
at my house I’m gonna worship by myself
daily faith it’s a production or the
growth of faith on an everyday basis and
sometimes there is no feeling attached
to it because here’s the thing when you
see God do some miracle signs of wonder
in your life everybody wants to be a
part of it everybody wants to tell you
how great you are everybody wants to get
a piece of that pie but the truth is
daily faith
don’t nobody see this nobody sees that I
wake up in the morning I don’t really
want to spend time with God but I do it
out of discipline nobody sees that even
though I feel like my faith is really
wavy right now I’m gonna just sing some
worship song that I’m gonna try to tap
into what I want to see in my life
nobody’s going to come and act give me
accolades for my daily discipline my
daily faith in an age of sensation we as
believers have to make a choice that
even when we don’t feel like it it’s
worth it
even when we don’t feel like it it’s a
part of not just what we do but who we
are to practice our faith on a daily
basis so I don’t have a real sexy word
for you today okay today this is all
about consistency because the thing that
we want to see when we really mean our
faith when it really matters when the
diagnosis comes when the divorce is
settled when the kids don’t come over
and visit anymore when we really mean
our faith to work oftentimes we crumble
and it’s not because we don’t have the
capacity to have that kind of faith it’s
because we have not conditioned
ourselves
it’s all daily faith means every single
day I’m not just talking to God on days
that I think I need him even on the days
I don’t think I need them I need them
[Applause]
daily faith is what we’re talking about
today so so here’s the thing the enemy
is not afraid of our yearly faith
monthly faith our weekly faith our every
Sunday thing the enemy is not afraid of
that the enemy is afraid that we will
mature to a place that our faith becomes
a part of who we are on an everyday
basis he’s afraid that we won’t just
know of God we will know God that our
time with God is the most important part
of our day not our workouts not our time
at work not our meetings but what sets
us up for all of that it’s a space that
we give God in our everyday lives he is
not afraid of us being aware of God when
we come to church he’s afraid of us
being aware of God all throughout our
day he is not afraid of us feeling the
Holy Spirit are talking to the Holy
Spirit when we get here he is afraid
that while I’m washing my dishes I’m
speaking in tone
we all have the capacity for faith to be
a part of who we are every single day
that when we get out of bed the enemy
already knows its own he already aware
of it because I don’t go into my day to
be the wise to be a leader to be the
husband to be the father without
acknowledging my dependency on a God who
does the impossible all right no I’m
going too fast so today we’re going to
look at a story in the Bible in mark 4
and we’re going to look at this story
that Jesus is talking to a group of
people including his disciples and what
Jesus is talking about in this story it
is things that stop our faith from
growing and maturing into a daily faith
and so we’re gonna talk about three
different things that may be blocking us
from making faith a part of who we are
every single day – these are mentioned
in this story the first one is a seed
and the second one is ground okay the
first thing is seed and what Jesus talks
about seed he’s talking about faith the
first scripture actually says that a
farmer goes around throwing out seed in
other words every single week of this
sermon series there has been seed thrown
out into our lives that’s faith faith
has been thrown out into our lives but
think about the seed though it has an
ability to produce the harvest that
other people can actually feed off of
fruits that other people can actually
live off of but it is not on the seed to
grow itself
see the seed has to be planted into the
ground and it is determined on the
condition of the ground whether or not
that sea will actually grow to his
fullest extent the ground that we’re
talking about is our hearts sea has been
thrown out but it only grows based on
the condition of your heart so today we
are going to examine our hearts what are
the things that are stopping us are
stopping our faith from growing to its
fullest extent those are things that may
be making our ground not the place where
the seed can actually grow so let’s go
to mark 4 and we’re going to kind of
parallel this story to John 15:2 but
mark 4 is where we’re going to first
we’re gonna stay so in this story Jesus
is talking to a group of people and he
says a farmer goes out he’s throwing
seed and when he throws see basically
the first seed grow throws is thrown on
a type of ground
excuse me on a type of ground that that
can’t grow the seed because it’s a
footpath and a bird comes and steals the
seed as soon as the throws that throw
the seed out bird comes till the seed
okay second type of ground Jesus said
the ground was thought the seed was
thrown out but it was on shallow ground
so there was only a little bit of soil
that was fertile and good for use and
for the seed to grow in but then there
was a rock right underneath it so when
the Sun came out the seeds sprouted
quickly but it died because it didn’t
have deep roots okay the third type of
seed fell one thorny ground and the
thorn scripture says the thorns
literally choked the seed out from
growing and then there was a fourth type
of ground and Jesus said it was fertile
ground and when that sea went in it grew
30 60 100 times as much as what was
playing it okay
and so the disciples said alright Jesus
we heard the story that you were saying
but can you explain that to us that if I
was a disciple I would have been that
same person
I heard what said but what you say
already get it what’s talking about
Jesus basically what the disciple says
they said we heard you tell this story
but we really need to know what does
this story mean and this is where we’re
going to pick up in mark 414 it says the
farmer plants see by taking God’s words
to others the seed that fell on the
footpath represents those who hear the
message only to have say income at once
and take it away the seed on the rocky
soil represents those who hear the
message and immediately receive it with
joy but since they don’t have deep roots
they don’t last long they fall away as
soon as they have problems or persecuted
for believing God’s word the seed that
fell among the thorns represents others
who hear God’s Word but all too quickly
the message is crowded out by the
worries of this life the lure of wealth
and the desire for other things so no
fruit is produced and the seed that fell
on good soil represents those who hear
and accept God’s Word and produce a
harvest of 30 60 or even a hundred times
as much have been planted so today we’re
going to talk about what stops our faith
from growing because what we want to do
is we want faith that has grown and
matured so much is a part of our every
single day not just sometimes faith
every day faith but there are things
that will stop our faith from growing
the first ground that Jesus talked about
was the seed that fell on the footpath
point number one things that stops our
faith from growing is damage here’s the
thing in this scripture Jesus called it
a footpath a footpath is nothing more
than what was once fertile ground that
has now been walked on for so long
we have redefined it into a footpath
this is not like oh we want this area to
be a sidewalk less
lay some concrete here and everybody can
walk this way it’s no one person walked
on it then another person walked on it
that another person walked through it
then another person walked with it and
it’s been walk doing so many times now
that is damaged ground
now it’s hard and overtime and because
it’s hardened over time we just
redefined it it’s a footpath now what
are the footpaths in your life the areas
that maybe have become a part of who you
are so much that your faith don’t even
go there I’m not even gonna worry about
that
at this point I’ve redefined this as an
area that God is not gonna touch I’ve
redefined this as an area that faith
cannot grow in so maybe you believe that
God can make you the business man that
you want to be but your footpath is your
belief in how you could be a good
husband I don’t know if I can believe I
mean I I haven’t really seen it done
well so I don’t think that’s my thing
maybe maybe you believe God that he can
make you the mother that you want to be
to your children but forgiving somebody
else that’s your footpath I’m not gonna
let faith touch that fake can’t grow
there what are the footpaths in your
life the areas that now you have go
ahead and redefined as areas where God
will not do a miracle cuz it’s a part of
who you are now I thought about this and
I’m gonna tell you a real today’s story
as I randomly do when I’m up here for me
one of my footpaths is anxiety it’s so
part of who I been for so long that
sometimes it’s just I just I know that
that’s just my stomach usually gets
nauseous when I feel anxious about
something and and my husband knows that
if I say oh my stomach hurts like what
are you worried about now
I don’t never have to go take a
pregnancy test with my stomach hurts I
know it’s just stress okay so I always I
always know when I’m feeling anxious
about something with my son he just
randomly hurts if I have a thought about
it and then my body reacts to it I know
okay this is anxiety well typically
before I preach I always feel that the
whole week before like randomly if I
thought I’d be work busy working and
then I go on preaching this Sunday and
it’s like Simeon Lee my stomach starts
hurting immediately and then I started
reading this scripture and coming up
with what I felt like God was wanting me
to say
and I was like that’s a footpath I’ve
never prayed against it I’ve never said
this is not how I’m supposed to live
I’ve never said anxiety is not of God or
I just like oh I know I’m stressed about
something instead of saying you know
what this is an area that God can
actually change this is an area that I
don’t have to remain like this this is
an area that has been scorecard of Who I
am I have woven into the fabric of me
but it’s not really me it’s not who God
called me to be and so literally I
started praying against it this past
week I said I will not be anxious before
I go minister I will not be strength I
will I’m not kidding when I say this I
promise you I have not had one upset
stomach this festival
not one but here’s what I’m saying
we all have footpaths in our lives
things that have been so a part of who
we’ve been for so long we think it’s us
and God is saying it is not it is not
who I have called you to be and it is
not abundant living and your faith
cannot grow there as long as you have
segregated this off as a place where God
will not move the relationship that’s
been broken for so long you’ve gone
ahead it just push it to the side God
can heal that the conditions in your
body that you feel like it’s just this
is what I’m gonna do it for the rest of
my life God can heal that
but you had to determine even though
it’s damaged now I’m gonna tell this
ground I’m gonna put believe I’m gonna
put my face out there and I once think I
doing a miracle where once I thought it
was just a footpath God wants to do
miraculous things in our lives down to
the details down to the everyday down to
the when I wake up in the mornings not
just the big audacious times when we
need him to hurry up and come through
for us he wants to heal the damaged
areas in our lives and so what I believe
is the scripture talks about that that
the the enemy the same came and stole
that seed immediately when it was thrown
out saying has one tactic and one tactic
only he’s a liar how you know you have a
footpath in your life is when you line
the Word of God up against that
situation does it align with it because
the truth is in God’s Word and the enemy
comes and he brings lies that we have
believed for so long we think it’s truth
but we don’t realize it’s not truth
until we line it up against God’s
word and we can see oh my goodness I
have been believing a lie the footpath
is nothing but a trail of lies what lies
have we been believing about ourselves
so much so that our faith our faith is
falling on hard ground cuz my is hurting
us lies tell us that we’re not chosen
lies tell us that we’re not enough lies
tell us that we made too many mistakes
for God to make work a miracle their
lies tell us that God can’t do it lies
will tell us that God doesn’t have the
ability to do it and it hardens us over
time where’s the damage come from in
your life was the parents that they were
supposed to love you and nurture you
didn’t do what they were supposed to do
the divorce being laid off the kids or
the grandkids not coming to visit you
the business falling flat over time if
we don’t surrender those things to God
they become a footpath and while God is
just waiting on the sidelines waiting
for you to believe in him waiting for
you to surrender that thing to him
waiting to work a miracle right there
we’re like no not that space you can
work over here but not over here because
it becomes hardened over time but the
truth of God’s Word in John 15 and 16
and I love this scripture Jesus is
talking here and Jesus says you didn’t
choose me I chose you
and I have appointed you to go and
produce lasting fruit so that the father
will give you whatever you ask for using
my name the lies will tell you that
you’re not chosen but see the Word of
God the truth says I chose you Jesus
didn’t go around the world talking about
eenie meenie miney moe okay I’ll let her
come here okay
no no no he literally designed you in
your mother’s womb to be here on this
earth as a gift
to those who come in contact with you
but we have to put the truth in us over
and over on a daily basis in order to
break up that ground that hardened
ground that damn is ground and let God
plant seeds of faith in there to do
miracles in place that may be the places
that maybe we have relegated as an
untouchable place
God wants to go in there and do work but
you gotta believe that you’re chosen
that you and I are chosen there is no
room for anxiety when I come up here cuz
he chose me
there is no room for fear when he tells
you there’s no room for worry when he
tells you because when God chooses you
he equips you to do whatever it is he
tells you to do
he doesn’t just choose you and think
okay go run along on yourself do it by
yourself he wants to equip you for
whatever He has called you to do
he chose you and sometimes on a daily
basis we have to remind ourselves I am
chosen I am not a mistake I’m not here
by happenstance I’m here on purpose
to do something that God has called me
to do so we have to identify the lies
that have been damaging our ground and
remind ourselves over and over I’m
chosen point number two what stops our
faith from growing its depth in this
story Jesus said that there was seed
that was sown or planted it’s a shallow
ground these are the people that those
of us that maybe our roots don’t run
deep and so we feel joy and energy when
we hear something from God but as soon
as persecution or problems come we’re
gone and it’s because our roots don’t
run deep do you know what helps a
plant’s roots run deep remaining
standing in the same spot for a long
time every time we uproot the plant and
move it somewhere else and uproot the
plant and move it somewhere else
its roots don’t have the opportunity to
grow deep Jesus is saying to us he said
if you want your roots run deep you got
to remain that means when pain comes you
don’t get to get up and run from the
situation where problems comes you don’t
get to get up and rub in the situation
when you don’t like that church you
don’t get to get up and run for this
from that situation
he says remaining it’s how our roots run
deep and John 15:5 through nine Jesus
again is speaking here and he says yes I
am the vine you are the branches those
who remain in me and I in them will
produce much fruit for our purply you
can do nothing anyone who does not
remain in me is thrown away like a
useless branch and withers such branches
are gathered into a pile to be burned
but if you remain in me and my words
remain in you you may ask for anything
you want and it will be granted when you
produce much fruit you are my true
disciples this brings great joy to my
father and listen I want you to lean in
on this one I have loved you even as a
father has loved me remain in my love
now I don’t know if this is
theologically correct honestly but I
have a theory I believe that in order
for our faith to grow our understanding
of God’s love has to grow with it
because how can you trust someone that
you don’t know if they love you or not I
believe that as I learn and as I study
and as I’ve read and as I read again
over and over and over about God’s love
for me my state in him has the ability
to grow Jesus I say here in this
scripture don’t just remain in me he
said remain in my love if ever there’s a
point in your life I got have had so
many times in my life where you have
questioned the love of God you can
almost guarantee your faith this
question – because when you ask somebody
do you love me what you’re asking is do
you see me do you hear me
will you sacrifice for me are you with
me in or out will you accept me as I am
and and can I trust you
ultimately when we know and when we
understand the love of God our trust in
him will grow to our faith in Him will
grow to and what I believe is going back
to the damage in our life that often
times God is paying a bill that he
didn’t rack up other people have treated
us like we are unloved other people have
acted like we’re unnecessary other
people have felt like they could be with
us or not be with us and because of that
it has made us question God’s love for
us when the truth is God is constantly
pursuing us he said I stand at the door
and knock you know when you love
somebody when you’ll give your last for
them it’s exactly what God did for us
Jesus is saying remain in my love
remaining very simply put is reminding
it’s reminding myself over and over and
over again how much God loves me and his
promises are yesterday man that his
promises will come true in my life but
you’ve got to remind yourself because
the truth is what you put in you will
come out of you how I remind myself is
making sure that the Word of God is not
something I just read on the screens in
this room that the Word of God is
something that I am God but I am taking
it in at all times
whenever I get a chance I’m taking it in
because I’m telling you that’s how your
roots run deep it can’t be that the only
time I’m reading a scripture is when I’m
in this place everybody says it all the
time that the word is the one book that
you were reading and it reads back to it
reads you breathes you back to yourself
whatever they say it reads you but
that’s why I has to be a part of our
daily faith because sometimes you’ll
think you’ll read a scripture and it’s
not that big of a deal and it was
probably a little boring and then later
on in life when you actually need it
that’s cursor comes back to your mind
it’s always important for us that we
remain in the love of God that we are
reminding ourselves over and over and
over again how much God loves us and how
he has promises that are for us it’s a
part of our daily faith there are
certain things that we make sure are
part of our everyday I’m pretty sure at
least 98% of every person in this place
brush their teeth today
ninety-eight oh man I mean
if people talking to you from a distance
they’re the 2% there are certain things
that we make sure are part of our
everyday because we know how important
they are this is the thing about God’s
Word it’s so important it changes us
from the inside out we’ll be a totally
different person if we take make it a
part of our everyday life we have to
remain we have to stay grounded a plant
a tree can come up against any kind of
weather if its roots run deep any kind
of problem if its roots run deep it will
have to get pulled up out of the ground
as quickly if its roots run deep and so
that’s why it’s important for us to
remain in God’s love
point number three what stops our faith
from growing point number three is
distractions this is a part of the
scripture where Jesus story where Jesus
says the sea was thrown when thorny
ground and the thorns literally choked
out the seed in John 15 and 2 it’s the
same scripture we kind of been going
back and forth to Jesus is talking here
and he says God cuts off every branch of
mind that doesn’t produce fruit and he
prunes the branches that do not bear
fruit so they would produce even more
pruning means to remove anything that is
unnecessary or unwanted in our lives so
in order for us to really see our faith
grow in the way that it should grow
there are some distractions that we’re
going to have to prove so friends we
might have to prune some hobbies we may
have to prune some attitudes we may have
to prove the things that are distracting
us because faith grows when we focus in
when we spoke his head and we stand
unwavering what God can do in our lives
but the problem we’re focusing in is our
peripheral vision
the things that come on the side of us
the worries the problems their attitudes
the people that come to distract us from
what God wants to do in our life and so
my question for you today is what needs
to be proved what’s stopping your faith
from growing because it’s standing in
your peripheral it’s taking your eyes
off the promises of God those things are
pruned and Jesus says so you can grow
more fruit pruning is not fun
pruning may hurt a little bit pruning
changes your entire environment but
pruning helps you grow more fruit and so
it’s important for us to see what are
the things that may be distracting us
from our faith growing to the level that
it can grow here is the thing about
faith faith grows and discipline
discipline isn’t fun you know nobody
even likes the word no ones like I’m
disciplined like please like weird flex
nobody nobody goes around telling people
how disciplined they are but we see it
in their fruit and the lives of people
that are disciplined in the lives of
people where faith is a part of who they
are every single day we see it in their
fruit we see joy in the midst of sorrow
we think peace that goes beyond
understanding we see them loving people
that feel like they’re unlovable we see
that in the fruits of these people and
we want to be these people faith grows
in discipline discipline is doing it
even when it doesn’t feel good but you
know it’s necessary discipline is doing
it even when it doesn’t give you any
thrills and you get no attention for it
and yet still you know it’s necessary
Jesus he showed us this in Scripture
Jesus he modeled this because just like
Jesus just like you and I jesus was a
human
but you see when Jesus started his
ministry he fasted for 40 days and 40
nights and while he was in the
wilderness a nd tried to tempt him and
Jesus said no it is written every single
time the enemy tried to lie to Jesus and
create damaged ground in him Jesus came
back with it is written he came back
with the truth Jesus didn’t allow people
to come and do whatever they want to do
in his life Jesus he proved himself of
distractions
it’s that Jesus withdrew often he got
away from the crowds often intentionally
because he knew they would distract him
from his faith being what it needed to
be because daily face sustained Jesus
Jesus didn’t tell you and I to remain in
his love without showing us that he does
the same thing he said as I remain in my
father’s love remain in my love Jesus
showed us by example that in order for
our faith to grow on a daily basis we
have to identify the damage what are the
lies that we believe in order for our
faith to grow on a daily basis we have
to remain in the love of God and grow
some deep roots in order for our faith
to be on a daily basis we have to prune
distractions and get rid of the things
that are taking our focus off of God
what I love about Jesus is that when he
went on the cross for you and I
Jesus had he said seven different things
the last thing he said was a faith
statement showing us over and over again
that his faith his daily faith sustained
him so much why he was on this earth
that even to his last breath he spoke of
faith in Luke 23 and 46 the last thing
jesus said on the cross it says then
Jesus shouted father
I entrust my spirit into your hands
and with those words he breathed his
last how do you want to live this life
do you want to see everything that God
can do in you do you want your faith to
grow so much that it produces 30 60 100
times as much as you plan it do you want
your faith to be so overflowing so
explosive that other people can feed off
of it
other people can be sustained off of
your daily faith we got to make faith a
part of our everyday lives because this
whole entire sermon series could be a
fantasy for somebody could be a shoulda
coulda woulda
for somebody or it can be reality it can
be how you live your life every single
day we have to spend time in prayer
every day reading your word and worship
intimacy with God because slowly and yet
surely we will see our faith grow to a
place where God is doing miracles signs
and wonders in our lives
well we can believe God for anything
even the details
let’s pray God I thank you so much for
your word thank you God that your word
will change us from the inside out the
guy your word comes to sustain us God is
not just a book that we read Lord but it
is something to help sustain us in every
day life today God we surrender our
damaged ground to you today god we ask
you word to help us prove the
distractions in our lives we asked you
God to help our roots run deep we love
you Lord and we are so grateful for the
many promises that you share with us the
many promises that will change us from
the inside out
thank you that our faith is daily faith
in the name of Jesus we pray amen
I’m gonna ask you actually to keep your
head down in your eyes close we are
going to to open up this opportunity for
someone who maybe maybe you slipped away
from your relationship with God or maybe
you you never had a relationship with
God and today you want to receive the
gift of salvation this gift has changed
so many of us in so many ways and today
maybe is a start of your daily faith we
want to take the opportunity if we
didn’t take this opportunity we wouldn’t
be doing what we were called to do as a
church
provide space for people who want to
enter into a relationship with Jesus
Christ if that is you today I’m gonna
ask you to repeat after me in action I’m
gonna ask everybody to repeat as me
because we don’t pray by ourselves here
repeat after me say dear lord thank you
for the gift of salvation a gift that
changes me cleanses me and heals me I
believe that your son
died on the cross and rose from the
grave so I can have freedom in him today
I receive salvation and my life is
forever changed in the name of Jesus we
pray amen
