Finding Your Identity [FULL SERMON] — Lisa Bevere

I’m going to talk about two things that

I think are absolutely crucial right now

I’m going to talk about identity

and I’m going to talk about truth and

I’ve had three shots of espresso so I

feel like I can accomplish two messages

in 30 minutes do you believe in me okay

who has had more than three shots of

espresso Hallelujah you’re my hero okay

the most I’ve ever had is 12. okay I

that was not a that was not a smart

choice but uh

I sleep at night

excited knowing I can wake up the next

morning and drink espresso I will hover

over my espresso machine like I’m the

Holy Spirit I’ll be like it’s gonna

happen it’s going to happen I have an

expectation I will push expresso buttons

and I do not do like coffee mugs we do

fluted glasses and then we put whipped

cream on top of it and when I say we I’m

talking about the Italians it’s called

espresso Campana so you do whipped cream

then you shave dark chocolate on top of

it then you do cinnamon a little cayenne

pepper and raw sugar and it is Revival

it is Revival and you’re like oh my gosh

it’s about to happen and

in Colorado it’s cold so we want heat we

want heat and I was just getting ready

to take my first sip which is the best

because the whipped cream kind of like

comes all that chocolate goes in taking

my first sip when I made a fatal air I

reached over and I picked up my phone

instead of picking up my devotional

solvent finished that devotional aw

toaster it’s an amazing one but I still

have not finished it I picked up my

phone and I opened it to Twitter I began

to think it’d be like having coffee with

friends I started to go through my

Twitter feed and I realized everybody

was talking about a list and the list

was the top 100 female ministers in the

United States of America so I began to

panic I thought am I on the list am I on

the list this is what you do when you

haven’t had your coffee yet I opened it

up I looked at the list and when your

last name starts with B you find out

really quick whether you’re on the list

or not I immediately had five hot

flashes I went into my husband’s office

my husband is a Christian he was reading

his Bible he looks up at his wife who is

a flurry of flannel pajamas and I look

at him I say oh my gosh I’m 54. I’m

never going to make the list and he was

like what lists are you talking about I

said give me your phone give me your

phone he’s like why would I give you my

phone I said because at the end of the

list they said perhaps they had

forgotten somebody I said I can’t add my

name from my phone but I can add my name

from your phone

and John said you put your phone my

phone down right now you put that down I

said John there has been a horrible

mistake the people that translate my

books from English to Spanish are on the

list John was like you need to go read

your Bible and so I stomped my foot and

I looked at him I said you know what I

know you’re right but that doesn’t make

this feel okay have you ever felt that

way like I know I’m wrong but this still

doesn’t feel right so instead of reading

my Bible

I went out in the snow I kicked off my

slippers put on my Ugg boots so my

husband couldn’t hear me that I was on

the phone and I made the mistake of

calling Christine came I should have

called Sandy Pastor Sandy would have

known exactly what I was looking for she

would have said done I’ve added your

name but I called Christine Kane

and I said Christine you can’t even

believe this they made a list of the top

100 and I have been ministering for 30

years and they didn’t make the list and

Christine said well am I on the list

and I said

yes and you’re not even American yes you

are on the list and she said why do you

care I said no so you can’t answer you

can’t ask me that now because you can’t

say why do you care after you ask me if

you were on the list you can’t do that

but you know Christine is busy she’s

saving people sex trafficked and she was

like your world is small she’s on her

elliptical machine and I was like you

know what I just was confessing so I you

know I hang up the phone and then I

start thinking wait a minute this person

on Twitter that made the list has less

followers than I have maybe I’ll make my

own list

and I heard the Holy Spirit say no you

won’t that is menopause mean you are not

making a list I was like that’s right

with sir evil lists are always leaving

somebody off and then I heard the Holy

Spirit say and yet if you had been on it

you would have retweeted it

at that point I go into my room hit my

knees say God I’m sorry for acting for

like an eighth grade girl for the last

20 minutes

I went into my husband’s office I said

listen I have put an estrogen patch on

my hip

feel like the world is safe I texted

Christine I was like sorry sorry for

that little outburst and they never

would have told this story but later

that day something happened

I guess I was invited to speak at a

banquet and I wasn’t able to attend so

they decided to make centerpieces of me

and put me on the table and they thought

that John might like to have that in his

office so they sent John one of the

pictures okay there’s me as a plastic

doll and when I saw that of course I

burnt the outfit but when I saw it I was

like oh my gosh pick it up and I hear

the Holy Spirit say were you happy now

you’re a plastic doll and I tried to

throw it away and my husband said oh no

we’re keeping her and if you ever act

like this she’s coming out she’s coming

out

she’s coming out but you know when we

look for our affirmation outside of God

that’s what happens we end up flat fake

and plastic learn from Me comparison is

going to knock you out of who God has

created you to be I want to read about

this day where we’re in right now one of

my favorite scriptures about who we are

second Corinthians 6 1. I don’t I don’t

know if I’m reading all 10 of them but I

might I could just read it really fast

it says companions not Rivals not

competitors companions as we are in this

work with you we beg you this is what

Onika is saying this is what Sandy is

saying this is what Pastor Bill is

saying this is what jaben is singing

over you we beg you please please don’t

squander one bit of this marvelous life

God has given us God reminds us I heard

your call in the nick of time the day

you needed me I was there to help well

now now is the right time to listen the

day to be helped don’t put it off don’t

frustrate God’s work by showing up late

throwing a question mark over everything

well I don’t know if we should be eating

candy and coffee we should we should

don’t like that’s not like through

question marks over everything it says

our work as God’s servants gets

validated or not in the details people

are watching us do you know that as we

stay at our post alertly

unswervingly you know when I say

unswervingly I don’t know if you watch

what’s going on but people oh I say this

wrong with somebody didn’t like the okay

I’ll go over here and do that you know

when you look and I’m not going to

preach on it but when you look at this

Dynamic of when God is doing a new thing

he always Begins by changing names and

it’s fascinating to me that Jesus has a

conversation with his disciples and he’s

like who is everybody saying I am

and they’re like well on Twitter they

are calling you John the Baptist and on

Facebook and Instagram they’re saying

maybe you’re one of the prophets but

then he turns to them and says but who

do you say I am see there is the opinion

out there but what matters is what is in

your heart who do you say he is is he

good teacher is he your favorite one or

is he the Christ the son of the Living

God is he is the Messiah is he is your

Lord because whatever you call him is

how you will interact with him and when

Peter when Peter who was Simon at that

moment says you are the Christ the son

of the Living God Jesus looks at him and

said Flesh and Blood didn’t tell you

that you didn’t get that out of teachers

my Father in Heaven revealed to you who

I really am and now I’m going to tell

you who you really are see I find out

who I really am when I have a revelation

of who God really is and I don’t find

out who I am in the presence of people I

find out who I am in the presence of God

and you know one of the things that God

will use to drive you into his presence

his Rivals and hardship

rivals in hardship I was talking with

the Beautiful People hosting us here and

I told them I said do you know who made

Cinderella a princess

it wasn’t the prince

she was already a princess before he

ever married her it was actually her

stepmother because when you have a rival

in your life that is provoking you we

heard about what happened Hannah’s

response to a rival was to go into the

presence of God Rivals will either best

you if you try to actually fight them in

your own or they will drive you into the

presence of God and bring out the best

in you

we are living in a time period

that has so much Rivals for your

attention but you cannot choose to be

distracted you have to stay at your post

alert unswervingly when Jesus changes

his name from Simon which was hey that’s

a 12 tribe name that’s a cool name why

would you change it from Biblical name

to Peter he was saying you no longer can

be Simon you must be Peter what what

does that mean well Simon means read

like it means to listen to which means

that

Simon moved in what direction he heard

wherever the pressure was you know far

be it from you you’re not going to the

Cross you’re the Christ then I’m on the

boat then I’m sinking he’s all over the

spectrum that is Simon but he says you

can no longer be Simon you must be Peter

you must be a rock because the rock is

what I’m going to build my church on a

people who are immovable and unshakable

because God is the ultimate source of

Truth

now we have a culture that says Tell

Your Truth

tell your truth listen I can tell my

story and I can tell what is true of me

but I don’t get to have

the truth

because the truth is not a what the

truth is a who Jesus is the way the

truth and the life now what is true of

me right now is that I have five

grandkids what I hope will be true of me

in five years is I have ten so true of

changes with time and circumstances but

Jesus does not change Jesus Christ the

same yesterday today and forever and

because he doesn’t change we can

see if he was a moving Target well I’m

not I’m not sure what he’s looking for

no he is our pattern he is our truth we

come in contact with him we fall on the

Rock and break or the rock falls on us

and we are crushed to powder I don’t

know if you know but Jesus was the rock

that followed the children of Israel

through the Wilderness and do you know

that that rock that followed them Paul

said that which was Christ

was there provision of water for three

million people I don’t know what

Wilderness that you are walking through

right now but there is a rock that is

higher than I there is a refuge that

actually is not just a hard place it is

a place of water and refreshing but you

have to come to the truth and call him

the truth the truth

we all have stories but God isn’t moved

by human stories he has written a

history that overarches everything and

you and I are woven into his story and

his story is bigger than our story so

what was the scripture that my Christian

husband wanted me to read it was second

Corinthians 10 12. it warns us this is

Paul talking not that we dare to

classify or compare ourselves with some

of those who are commending themselves

but when they measure themselves by one

another and compare themselves with one

another they are without understanding

do you know we live in a generation that

has so much knowledge

but a famine of understanding we have so

much sex but a famine of intimacy we are

living in a time where people do not

have understanding meaning they can have

exposure to wisdom but not the ability

to live in the truth so we don’t want to

be a people of understanding who measure

ourselves by ourselves

guys I just went through menopause that

is a crazy woman living in your head

telling you to kill your husband telling

you to yell at flight attendants telling

you to freak out you like a crazy woman

I’m like crazy woman no no I I’m not

gonna I’m not gonna measure myself by

myself I’m not gonna let my crazy

feelings take me emotional hostage and

take me out into a place that I don’t

want to find myself no you have to

actually listen to this renew your mind

renew your mind you got to read the word

why read I read posts on on Instagram I

read memes no you gotta read the word

until the word reads you and that could

be one scripture but I tend to read

until it goes into my spirit and it

begins to facet something and cut some

stuff off it begins to separate between

joint and Marrow and it begins to

thought and intent gets separated by the

word of God but when we measure

ourselves by ourselves you know what it

is idolatry

idolatry when we compare ourselves with

other people again that’s just

foolishness and nonsense

I’m going to talk about these three C’s

real quick first one comparison

Theodore Roosevelt said it the best he

said comparison is the thief of Joy

thief of Joy how many of you’ve ever had

a date with your husband

okay we need to yeah more people need to

date your husband okay awesome you guys

need to make this happen Okay let’s say

you’re you’re finally on a date you go

out to dinner then you go to a movie

you’re happy at the beginning of the

movie then as you’re watching the movie

you watch the fake husband kiss the fake

wife

and you’re thinking what was the last

time my husband kissed me like that

he never kisses me like that anymore he

used to kiss me like that but he does

not kiss me like that the lights come on

you’re leaving with your husband

he’s like what

what’s wrong you know what’s wrong no he

has no idea you no idea that you’ve been

comparing him to Thor he has no no idea

the man is like totally clueless and so

you can make a decision you can be angry

that he doesn’t kiss you that way or you

can get in the car grab that man and

kiss him the way you wish he would kiss

you come on you don’t want to have your

joy stolen comparison will always steal

your joy steal your joy I remember when

John Day first started telling Sandy he

believed God for a minivan God we didn’t

have any event God I’m pregnant with the

four child we do not fit on to Civic

anymore God we need a minivan crying out

the kids are crying out my dream car was

a Nissan Quest if I could get a Nissan

Quest minivan I would be in heaven and

it seemed like as soon as we started

praying we’d go to churches and people

with two kids would be like yeah yeah so

God just gave me a Nissan Quest minivan

and like like I would Panic I’d be like

get off my car you’re on my car yeah

I’ll give you my city because I’m like I

I don’t know what I was thinking but I

was thinking that God had this bank

account that

was actually being taken from me that

their blessing came out of my account

and so when other people were blessed I

was robbed that’s what comparison will

make you see other people like you will

think that sister that God just promoted

well I know how she talked to her

husband last week you gotta stop it

because God will keep you on the bench

until you get your heart right he will

keep you on the bench until you can

celebrate other people’s blessings he’s

like I don’t I don’t know how you’re

going to handle yours

and we end up having just buy it anyway

so but God wants us to stop comparing he

also wants us to stop classifying

classifying oh yeah are you for me are

you against me for me or against me do

you see everything that’s happening in

our culture everything gender division

political division racial division

everything in our culture is binary you

have to choose sites but I love what

happened when Joshua who is on the eve

of the Takeover a mighty Miracle Angel

standing there he has the audacity to

say to the angel whose side are you on

and what does the angel say I’m not on

either side I am the captain of the army

of the Lord of hosts you better take off

your shoes right now this is Holy Ground

see comparison will not be able to stand

in the presence of what is sacred and

holy I don’t know if you’ve ever gone to

God and had like a ridiculous moment in

prayer and all of a sudden you feel his

presence you’re like I’m just going to

drop that right now I’m just going to

drop that like I’m dropping it so

comparison and then we’ve got self

command

self-commending has become an art form

people take pictures of themselves no

filter I just gave 10 million dollars to

the orphans praise God humble brag no

you guys seriously

seriously

can we send some things into eternity

because it was very clear Jesus was very

clear hey you just got your reward you

just got your 15 minutes of fame you

want to just do it in front of people

that’s where it stays we can send some

things up into eternity we need to be

those people who understand that God

wants us to ask for more God wants us to

prophesy see you and I are part of the

last days people where God pours out his

Spirit on All Flesh and your sons and

daughters prophesy not criticize

prophesy oh but I want to criticize hey

criticizing does not take any anointing

prophesying takes an anointing and we

were singing about prophesying we need

to sing over the Nations we need to sing

God’s kingdom into our world of

craziness

craziness we need to prophesy

prophesied

so when we have those compromised I mean

sorry classification

self-commanding and comparison we end up

with a compromise a compromise see a

compromise means we settle we settle we

settle because why because we are living

in a realm here when God is saying come

on

come on how many of you know that God

wants to do a new thing he wants to do a

new thing and it looks nothing like the

old thing God wants to do a new thing

now I I’m going to say something that

might scare you shock you or whatever

but the title of my book is called

without rival and I want to tell you

where that came from Sandy mentioned

that John and I do travel a lot we went

to South Korea and came back and I’m

telling you jet lag jet I mean we did

like a two-day turnaround carry on only

went there came back and I was so tired

I was working on a manuscript and I fell

asleep and I woke up eight pages later

of the letter T I had just like

depressed a key fall into my head jerked

and I was like okay you know what this

is useless I’m going to be typing heresy

I need to just go lay down and take a

nap and as I was falling asleep okay

I heard something that shocked me I

heard I do not love my children equally

was like what kind of blasphemy Spirit

have I brought home from South Korea God

you have to love us all the same or it

wouldn’t be fair

and I heard same implies that one of you

are replaceable equal says my love can

be measured he said I don’t have love

for you I am love for you he said I

don’t love my children equally I love

them uniquely

and I jumped up looked up that word

unique first tier definition means Soul

s-o-l-e representative of there is no

one who has ever been created to

represent the love of God to this earth

the way you were fashioned in your

mother’s womb to represent God’s love to

this earth and actually to be an

expression of God’s love to you do you

know God wants you to celebrate How He

Loves You Well I get in trouble because

I’m blessed well you know what the enemy

will shame you so you’ll never share it

but if you actually have been blessed it

is for a reason it is for you to share

with others number two prototype

prototype you are the beginning and the

end of you you are the one and the only

but the third one was my favorite

without Rivals there is no one who will

take your place in the heart of God

there is no one who will take your place

at the table and I can see some of you

are like I’m not sure about this well

let me let me just do an illustration

when Sandy and I were pregnant with

Tyler we we both gave well I wasn’t

pregnant with her okay she was it wasn’t

Mutual okay I was pregnant with Addison

when she was pregnant with Tyler and I

remember when I gave birth to Addison I

said I want eight more I want eight more

I love babies I just was like yes but

then I got pregnant with Austin and I

began to panic

do pregnant women have hormones going on

but I began to think what have I done

what have I done see I love Addison so

much but back when we had babies they

looked like aliens in sonograms and so

they showed it to me I was like that’s

an alien child I don’t know how I feel

about that are you sure that’s a child

and they’re like there’s his teeth I’m

like oh it’s a skeleton and so I mean it

was it’s not attractive I remember

bringing home the VHS that’s how old I

am put it in I showed Ashton here’s your

little brother he just walked over and

ejected it he’s like no no that’s not

coming home to our house so anyway I

began to panic thinking I love Addison

I don’t know how I feel about stranger

baby am I gonna have to cut this love I

have for Addison in half and share it

equally with stranger baby but that’s

not what happens when I had my second

child a whole new portal opened up in my

heart and the things I love about Austin

are completely unique to him and the

things I love about Addison are

completely unique to him and the things

I love about Alec and the things I love

about Arden but if somebody came up to

me put a gun to my head and said tell me

how much like Quantified I’d be like I I

can’t

I love each of them

uniquely

see God wove you in your mother’s womb

and he was not sorry that you were not

born a boy he was thrilled when you were

born he said this is the one I’m gonna

weave for this moment this moment that

will require courage and strength this

is a daughter of Adventure this is a

warrior I can’t wait to Astound the

world with who she is

you are a daughter of God without rival

and that would stand to reason because

we serve a God who is without rival and

there are people that say oh Satan’s

God’s rival listen Satan is not the

opposite of God he is the opposite of

Michael God has no opposite God is one

alone but what happened was Satan began

to think

that he could be God’s Rivals he began

to say I will Ascent I will be like the

most high see what did Satan do he but

when he was Lucifer he walked among the

holy stones of fire he was in the

presence of God but just like any of us

we can become familiar with what is

sacred and when we become familiar with

what is sacred then we end up beginning

to make other people depersonalized into

Rivals I can sing better I can preach I

can’t for sure I can preach better we

begin to imagine

that other people have displaced us

Galatians 5 19 says it is obvious what

kind of Life develops out of trying to

get your own way all the time repetitive

Loveless cheap sex

a stinking accumulation of mental and

emotional garbage frenzied and joyless

grabs for happiness trinket God’s magic

show religion paranoid loneliness Cut

Throat competition all consuming it

never satisfied wants a brutal temper a

small-minded and lopsided Pursuits The

Vicious habit of depersonalizing

everyone into a rival

Hey listen if you can’t handle Instagram

get off it get off it guard your heart

guard your heart you don’t have to be

part of something that’s torturing you

okay you don’t have to so you don’t have

to personalize them she’s showing too

much clip you don’t have to do that you

don’t have you don’t have to do that

uncontrollable and uncontrolled

addictions you guys the addiction to

porn is up

like never before

during covid

the pressure

makes what’s in US

come out

and we can either justify it

or we can feed that thing or we can deny

it it says this isn’t the first time

I’ve warned you you know if you use your

freedom this way you will not inherit

the kingdom of God he said well but see

I might still be in heaven just in the

suburbs listen if this says

I warn you

as I did before

don’t use your freedom this way

don’t use your freedom

don’t say oh what Grace covers me Grace

isn’t what covers you Mercy is what

covers you Mercy is when we get what we

don’t deserve Grace is an empowerment

for us to walk in with the gift of God

that has been given to us see it says by

Grace we say no to ungodliness Grace is

not like oh I can just live however I

want Grace is God’s imputed

righteousness and what happens is God

seeds us with his righteousness his

Holiness his grace and we begin to move

that direction it says the path of the

righteousness is as the first gleam of

dawn shining ever brighter every single

day is a walk towards who God created us

to be and that is his DARS and do you

know what’s really exciting

there is a name

that we are growing into

I don’t know if you read the book of

Revelations it’s kind of scary it’s kind

of a scary book you got to kind of be in

the mood to read the book of Revelations

you’re like wow the world’s blowing up

um I

but the Book of Revelations tells us

that each and every one of us have a

stone of white

that written on that stone is our real

name it’s our real name and it says only

Jesus and us are going to know that real

name see we all have the name

of who we’ve been

we all have the name who maybe we are in

this moment but Jesus knows the name

that we are becoming and that is a

beautiful thing see there is a name that

this Earth attaches to us and that

Earthly name is attached to our history

it’s all about who we’ve been what we

did whatever mistakes we had but Jesus

has a name that pulls us into eternity

that is attached to our Destiny and so

we are alive here to grow into

everything

that God has called us into being do you

know God calls us

by name do you know that DNA strand is

actually a song they can put it in it is

a voice pattern you were called by name

individually uniquely God was like right

there by name and so we dishonor God

when we dishonor who he created us to be

by being jealous or envious of other

people we’re actually saying God I don’t

like what you did with me

I don’t value my part I want theirs and

God’s like no no I need you to grow into

everything that I created you to be so I

opened up with a coffee story so I need

to close I need to close with a coffee

story again it’s that much it’s that

much love for me and I was in Amarillo

Texas and I found out like well first of

all for the safety other people first

thing I do when I check in is like where

where’s the coffee shop where’s the

Starbucks and they said no no you don’t

want to go to the Starbucks you want to

go to the palace and it just was magic I

was like yes yes I want to go to the

Palace I said it’s not open right now

it’s only open from 6 a.m to like three

I was like okay so at 5 45 a.m I set my

alarm I’m brushing my teeth I put on my

sunglasses I head across the street to

the Palace it had this cool Texas

hipster Vibe pre-covered so I’m pretty

sure I held hands with the Barista I was

like

these are my people

tell me what you have she said well we

have a microphone cappuccino I was like

wait what have I been drinking have I

been drinking macro foam I need I need a

microphone cappuccino she’s like okay

and then she said I said what else do

you have she said well we have a fig and

honey latte I said well I’m gonna have

to have that as well I’m gonna have to

have vegan honey latte and she said but

my favorite is the lavender latte I said

I want all three three shots of espresso

each and I turn to go to the receiving

end where this guy that kind of look

like a skinny Santa Claus was standing

is like are you from here and I was like

why is he asking me this is it illegal

to have nine shots of espresso in your

body if you’re not from here why is this

man blocking me and I said no no I’m

from Colorado he was like how’d you find

out about the the coffee shop from like

the hotel and then he’s like well why

are you here and I was like buddy you

are breaking every single rule of

Engagement coffee shop I still have my

sunglasses on and I am inside I have not

drank any caffeine why are you talking

to me so I thought okay I need to I need

to be nice but I need to exit him so I

said I am in town for a woman’s meeting

and I thought okay he’s gonna leave me

alone and he’s like well where is it I

was like really so I’m like telling him

where I was at telling him that you know

over a thousand women had gathered there

reaching out to their city and then he

said well can you sit down I’m like what

he said because if there’s a thousand

women gathered and they’re reaching out

to their City I want to know why we’re

not covering it I’m like wait what do

you mean what do you mean covering it he

said well I’m the editor-in-chief of the

newspaper and this should have been

covered now I’m panicking I’m like oh my

gosh I am in an interview and I have no

caffeine so I’m trying to drink the

microphone and it’s hard microfoams are

hard to drink fast so I’m drinking it so

I can don’t dishonor the body of Christ

he begins to ask me different questions

I’m like what okay yeah he said so I’m

like kind of listening to him kind of

not listening to him and I you know I’m

telling him that I’m doing the women

thing but I’m doing Sunday Saturday

night and Sunday morning and he was like

well did you read the Pope’s article I’m

like uh

which one he said the one on the

excavation of the catacombs in Rome

I said I I actually didn’t I didn’t read

that one he said can I have your phone

can I have your phone I was like yes we

have broken every other social boundary

let me unlock my phone for you so I

unlocked my phone he types he’s like

here you need to read this I was like

okay I will when I’m on the toilet and

uh

and he’s like well they excavated the

catacombs

and they found mosaics

of women

preaching

I’m going to put it up this is supposed

to be Priscilla

and he said

now you’re telling me that you’re

preaching he said I can’t come tonight

but I will be there tomorrow morning

because I just have to believe that

you’re one of those women

and when he said that to me it was like

something hit me in the chest and when I

was walking back to my hotel room God

said you stand in front of my daughters

you call them out of those dead places

you tell them that I am Excavating their

life and they are coming out I want to

read two scriptures for you

Zechariah 13.

talks about the fire of God he said I

will put this third in the fire and

refine them as one refined silver and

test them as gold is tested and they

will call upon my name and I will answer

them I will say they are my people and

they will say the Lord is my God see God

will put his people into a fire so that

we call out to him and we find out in

the fire that he is refining us that we

call out and it becomes a personal

connection you are my God and he says

well you are mine you are my daughter so

we are always worth his see God has

loved us with an everlasting love it

doesn’t say he will love you one day

when you get it all figured out it says

I have loved you with an everlasting

love and I have drawn you with loving

kindness

but let’s talk about that Mosaic can you

guys put it back up

to me I saw this Mosaic and Isaiah

verses chapter 40 verses 25-26 it says

to whom then will you compare me that I

should be like him says the Holy One

lift up your eyes on high and see who

created these he who brings out their

hosts by number calling them all by name

by the greatness of his might and

because he is strong in power not one is

missing mosaics are made out of broken

pieces broken pieces and we are too busy

looking down on the ground not

understanding that it is time that we

lift our head and understand that God is

building a beautiful Mosaic out of your

life out of your family so I want

everybody to stand up right now

I don’t know what dead place

you have hidden yourself in I don’t know

what you have allowed to bury you I

don’t know whether it was depression I

don’t know if it was a hopelessness I

don’t know if it was something somebody

said but this is the time for you to

come out of those dead places it is time

for you to come out of those catacombs

it is time for you to leave behind what

is not working and move into what God

has always called you into being I want

you to lift up your hands and say I’m

one of those women

I’m coming out

I’m leaving behind

the broken sharks and pieces and I am

believing that God is weaving

something beautiful and strong that he

is refining me and not only am I one of

those women

but I’m opening my arms to welcome other

women in I believe that Jesus is the

truth I believe that Jesus is the way I

believe that Jesus is calling me out of

death into life out of discouragement

into hope out of fear into love

I believe

this is my day so leave it all behind in

Jesus name
